Case Overview

Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is litigating a class action case in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of Delaware, Idaho, and Washington state classes, alleging that Defendants have knowingly collected and used the personal information of users under the age of 13 through the popular Roblox gaming platform. Plaintiffs allege that Defendants unlawfully collect and use the personal information of children under 13 without parental knowledge or consent, as defined under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
