Keller Rohrback has a long track-record of success with data breach litigation, including the Ninth Circuit case Krottner v. Starbucks which established that the theft of a laptop containing employees’ personally identifiable information sufficed to confer Article III standing on plaintiffs.
The firm represented plaintiff employees in the first-filed Sony Pictures Data Breach. In addition, Keller Rohrback represented plaintiffs in both the 2021 and 2022 T-Mobile data breaches. Keller Rohrback also represents victims of the Excellus and Experian data breach cases.
