On May 9, 2019, the Court entered the Order Approving Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of Settlement Agreements with Southwest Airlines Co. and American Airlines, Inc. Case Overview
Keller Rohrback L.L.P. represents U.S. airline passengers in an antitrust class action lawsuit against the four largest commercial airlines in the United States—American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, and United Airlines. The complaint alleges that the airlines and their co-conspirators secretly conspired to raise the prices of air passenger transportation services for flights within the United States through agreements to limit capacity.
