Keller Rohrback is pleased to have been recognized for its antitrust work in the 2021 Antitrust Annual Report published in partnership by the Center for Litigation and Courts at UC Hastings College of Law and The Huntington National Bank. Keller Rohrback was included in their rankings for the category of “Top 50 Cases with Settlements Reaching Final Approval 2009-2021.” Keller Rohrback achieved this ranking by having been a part of one of the largest antitrust settlements reached during this time period. According to an article published by The Practice magazine, between the years 2000 and 2015, the number of Asian American lawyers practicing in the United States has grown from 20,000 to 53,000, and now comprise nearly five percent of lawyers Nationwide. On April 19, 2022, Judge Harry D. Leinenweber of the Northern District of Illinois appointed Keller Rohrback as Interim Co-Lead Counsel. We are excited to announce that Keller Rohrback partner Jeff Lewis has been appointed to the United States Department of Labor Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans for 2022. The 15-member council provides advice to the US Secretary of Labor on policies and regulations affecting employee benefit plans governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
Every March, we celebrate Women's History Month (WHM) in honor of women's contributions to American society. WHM began as International Women's Day on March 8, which has been observed in some form since 1911 and was officially commemorated by the United Nations in 1975.
