She brings a quality of persistence to Keller Rohrback’s nationally recognized Complex Litigation Group, delivering the advocacy and passion needed to create lasting change for a wide set of individuals.
Kylie’s practice areas primarily focus on representing governmental entities in lawsuits against the pharmaceutical industry, major car manufacturers, and e-cigarette manufacturers. She assisted with two different trials involving claims of inappropriate marketing of e-cigarettes to youth, including a case brought by the State of Alaska against JUUL Labs Inc. and by the San Francisco Unified School district against Altria Group, Inc., the latter of which resulted in a multi-million dollar settlement on behalf of numerous governmental entities in the In re JUUL Labs, Inc., Marketing, Sales Practices, and Products Liability Litigation.
Before joining Keller Rohrback, Kylie clerked for Judge Rosanna Peterson at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington and for Justice Debra Stephens at the Washington State Supreme Court.
In her free time, Kylie enjoys jigsaw puzzles, pub trivia, and playing fetch with her labradoodle, Junie B. Bones.
