We are pleased to announce that Keller Rohrback partner, Will Dreher, has been appointed Interim Co-Lead Counsel in the consolidated action case, Hendrix v. Apple Inc., No. 3:25-cv-07558 (N.D. Cal.). On January 30th, 2026, United States District Court Judge, Yvonne Gonzalez Rodgers, appointed Will and Rohit Nath of Susman Godfrey LLP to lead this litigation on behalf of the plaintiffs.
The case involves allegations that Apple unlawfully used copyrighted works to train aspects of its “Apple Intelligence” AI systems without authorization or compensation. Plaintiffs seek to represent a nationwide class of U.S. copyright holders whose works were allegedly used in the development and ongoing training of Apple’s AI models.
