Zillow Antitrust Litigation

  • Should be Empty:

Dupuis v. Zillow Group, Inc.
United States District Court for the Western District of Washington
Case No. 3:26-cv-05049

Case Overview

On January 16, 2026, Keller Rohrback filed a putative class action lawsuit on behalf of real estate agents enrolled in Zillow Group’s Preferred, or Flex Agent programs. On May 4, 2026, the Firm filed an amended complaint. The amended complaint alleges that Zillow coerced real estate agents into steering clients to Zillow’s mortgage lending services as a condition to obtain valuable client referrals, and forced them to purchase its “Follow Up Boss” contact management system. The complaint claims that Zillow’s market dominance allows Zillow to charge excessive referral fees and leaves agents with little practical choice but to participate in these agent programs, and that Zillow punishes or terminates agents or teams who do not steer sufficient numbers of clients to its lending services.
