Settlement Status
As of November 20, 2017, counsel for the Direct Purchaser Plaintiffs have reached settlements with thirteen Defendants, for a total recovery of over $136 million for the benefit of Direct Purchasers defined as: All individual and entities that purchased shell eggs produced from caged birds in the United States directly from defendants between September 24, 2004 through December 31, 2008.
