On March 23, 2022, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee granted final approval of a settlement in Stringer et al. v. Nissan North America, resolving claims related to CVT performance in certain Nissan and Infiniti vehicles.

Now concluded, the settlement delivered significant benefits to class members, including reimbursement for qualifying repair costs and an extended vehicle warranty. The resolution marked a successful outcome for affected consumers and brought this matter to a close.
