Keller Rohrback L.L.P. served on the Executive Committee of Plaintiffs Counsel in this class action challenging Microsoft's monopolistic practices. In September 2003, a Class of direct purchasers of operating system software achieved a cash settlement of $10.5 million in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
