Miriam has helped recover hundreds of millions of dollars for plaintiffs in complex cases against pharmaceutical and insurance companies.

Her cases frequently address public health issues, as well as violations of consumer protection and antitrust laws.

Miriam received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Public Policy from Stanford University in 2012. Prior to law school, she was a San Francisco-based Coro Fellow in Public Affairs (2012-2013) and helped develop search tools for the California Secretary of State’s campaign finance data. Miriam graduated from New York University School of Law in 2019, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the N.Y.U. Law Review, and served as a law clerk for the Honorable Pamela K. Chen in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and the Honorable Donna M. Ryu (retired) in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Miriam has worked on multiple nationwide MDLs—including against the prescription opioids and generic drug industries—and presently is involved in the insulin overpricing MDL.

Based in Oakland, California, Miriam enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Bay Area with her partner and catching Pokémon with their nephews along the way.
