Keller Rohrback has extensive experience in product liability matters. We have represented manufacturers and distributors of automobiles, seat belts, motorcycles, motorcycle helmets, farm equipment, industrial equipment, candy bars, and numerous other products that might be the subject of a products liability claim.
We have a long-standing track record of defense verdicts, outright dismissals, and favorable settlements on behalf of our clients. In addition, our appellate department helped re-write Washington State's products liability law by re-introducing the concept of proximate cause (Baughn v. Honda Motor Co., 107 Wn.2d 127, 727 P.2d 655 (1986)) and by clarifying the scope of a manufacturer's duty to indemnify a retailer (Knipschield v. C-J Recreation, Inc., 74 Wn. App. 212, 872 P.2d 1102 (1994)).
