Antitrust

Keller Rohrback LLP's antitrust and trade regulation practice represents individual and class plaintiffs in state and federal litigation. Our clients include consumer and business class members who have been harmed by illegal, anti-competitive conduct. Keller Rohrback has substantial expertise in pursuing claims under the Sherman and Clayton Acts for price fixing, customer allocation, market division, exclusive dealing, price discrimination, the tying or bundling of products, misleading and deceptive marketing practices, monopolization and attempted monopolization of markets, and other related practices. By litigating claims on behalf of businesses and consumers harmed by such practices, Keller Rohrback helps achieve the goal of the nation's antitrust and trade regulation statutes, ensuring that consumers get the benefits of free and fair competition in the marketplace.

Keller Rohrback has played a prominent role in large price fixing and price discrimination cases litigated across the country. We currently represent class members in various antitrust cases including cases alleging antitrust violations against drug, cable, telephone, health care, food additive, and stock care racing companies. Keller Rohrback is also a member of the executive committee representing software purchasers in the multidistrict litigation alleging illegal monopolization practices by the Microsoft Corporation. Recent achievements include participation in the Linerboard Antitrust Litigation, which resulted in total settlements of over $202 million; the Monosodium Glutamate Anittrust Litigation; and the Vitamins Antitrust Litigation.
