In 2016, he defended a commercial trucking company in a property damage subrogation trial that resulted in a directed verdict for his client and payment of his client’s attorney’s fees and costs through trial. Mr. Howard’s litigation experience includes defending first and third party insurers, security companies, municipal organizations, universities, developers, contractors, and various other individuals and corporate entities.
