Professional Experience
Susan Kim counsels businesses on new entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, corporate finance, and corporate governance issues. She has experience in all principal areas of federal income taxation as well as litigation experience involving corporate, securities, intellectual property, antitrust, and employment law matters. Prior to joining Keller Rohrback, Susan was in-house counsel at Vulcan, Inc. and was an associate at the law firms of Sullivan & Cromwell and Morrison & Foerster.
