Professional Experience Rob Crichton is a litigation attorney with extensive experience in a broad range of complex commercial matters, including banking litigation and business tort actions involving unfair competition and misappropriation of intellectual property and other trade secrets. His practice also focuses on real estate litigation, including issues of nondisclosure and misrepresentation, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and boundary disputes. In addition, he represents securities firms and their investors in securities disputes. Rob has successfully conducted trials in a variety of federal and state courts. Before joining Keller Rohrback in 1991, Rob practiced law in New York City. Education
