Charlene Engle joined the firm in 1996 and is the executive assistant to the Managing Partner/Head of the Complex Litigation practice area. Her responsibilities include assisting the Managing Partner with numerous firm administrative tasks, coordination of departmental needs with the IT and HR managers, and general oversight of workflow issues within the Complex Litigation Department.

As the firm's Director of Administration, Renée Griggs is responsible for the overall management and operations of the firm. She works closely with the firm’s Managing Partner, Lynn Sarko, and members of the Executive Committee and Management Team to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the firm are running efficiently.
Renée began working in the legal industry in 1988 and joined Keller Rohrback L.L.P. in 1990 as a legal secretary. She became the firm’s IT Manager in 1995 and has held her current position since the fall of 2007.
AssociationsRenée has been an active member of the Puget Sound Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators since 1995. She has served as President, Secretary, Chair of the 2001 Managing Partner Dinner Committee, a member of the International Conference Arrangements Committee, a member of the 1998 Membership Survey Committee, the Co-Chair of the Technology Section, and a member of the Past Presidents Council.

Lynn's position involves her in all areas of firm administration. While working closely with the professional and non-professional staff she is in charge of accounting, payroll, and human resources. Patty Peaquin is Keller Rohrback L.L.P.'s Human Resources Manager. Her responsibilities include support staff recruiting, training and management of all personnel matters. Patty began her legal career in 1985 and over the course of the past 20+ years has advanced from receptionist, legal secretary, and paralegal, and has focused on human resource management since 2001. She joined Keller Rohrback in 2008.

Joyce Pope joined the firm in 1999 and works closely with the Director of Administration and the Human Resources Manager. She is involved in most aspects of firm operations - from benefits, payroll and marketing to firm celebrations. She also publishes the Friday Flash, our weekly in-house newsletter.
